I’m Matteo, a director of photography, gaffer, and colorist based between Los Angeles and Rome. My approach is rooted in keeping things organic and lighting intentionally, finding the emotional core of a scene without overcomplicating the setup.

Because I both shoot and color correct, I can protect the visual identity of a project from the early scouts all the way through the final delivery.

Beyond my work on set and in the grading suite, I founded ArtisticHive, an educational platform and go-to resource dedicated to helping today’s artists and creators build their careers, grow their skills, or simply start a new creative journey.
